Rettig Group signs a syndicated revolving facility agreement of EUR 80 million
Rettig Group has today signed a syndicated revolving credit facility agreement amounting to EUR 80 million with a maturity of four years. The facility is the first syndicated transaction for Rettig Group.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and will secure the company’s mid term funding needs.
The mandated lead arrangers of the loan facility are Nordea Bank, Pohjola Bank and Sampo Bank. Pohjola Bank acts as coordinator and facility agent.
