Rettig Group issues a EUR 100 million domestic bond
Rettig Group will issue a domestic bond of EUR 100 million on 25 June 2012. The bond has a maturity of five years and it carries an annual coupon of 5,25 per cent.
The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes. Nordea Bank and Pohjola Bank act as joint book runners for the transaction. In addition, Sampo Bank acts as co-lead manager.
