Maria Savola and Hans Sohlström elected new members of Rettig Group's Board of Directors
The Annual General Meeting of Rettig Group Ltd. has today re-elected Cyril von Rettig (b. 1954), Martin Granholm (b. 1946), Bjarne Mitts (b. 1949), Anders Moliis-Mellberg (b. 1951), Tom von Rettig (b. 1955), Tomas von Rettig (b. 1980) and Christoffer Taxell (b. 1948) as members of Rettig Group's Board of Directors.
Hans Sohlström (b. 1964, Finnish citizen) and Maria Savola (b. 1978, Finnish citizen) were elected as new members of the Board. Ann von Rettig, Board member since 1988, was no longer available for re-election.
Hans Sohlström, M.Sc. (Tech.), M.Sc. (Econ.), acted as President and CEO of Rettig Group in 2012-2015. Prior to that he has held various executive and managerial positions at UPM-Kymmene Corporation during 1990-2012. On 1 February 2016, Sohlström assumed the position of President and CEO of Ahlström Capital Oy.
Maria Savola, Graphic designer FdA, is a freelancer and was previously Art Director at Roof Productions.
Hans Sohlström is considered independent of the company and the shareholders. Maria Savola is shareholder of Rettig Capital, the parent company of Rettig Group.
